Olive oil production
Our farm produces Extra Virgin Olive Oil, coming from biological agriculture. Hand-harvested about 2300 olive trees, varieties: Frantoio, Correggilo, Leccino, Moraiolo.
Produced in our farm, it has the following characteristics: appearance clear greenish to yellow with great fluidity. Intense and persistent scent. Exceptionally elegant and balanced taste of extra virgin olive oil, with notes of bitter and spicy. |
